If you build it they will come? :-) What's the plan to transition to the new site? What's your call to action for people to post here? Couldn't make it to the launch, but it's unclear what you're looking for, type of content, any type of style guide or content guidelines, etc. Looks like you've got 36 users, but what's next?

Elsewhere you wrote:
  1. We will invite you to an information session (in Toronto) or an online webinar, where we will provide an overview of the wiki and answer any questions you may have.
  2. We will ask you for your input on our next steps and ask for your continued involvement.

Have you had the information session or webinar? Curious what's next now.

Hey Marco!

Currently the phase is about content management (next is user engagement, then it's collaboration). After migrating 650+ articles to the wiki, we're now directing visitors on the Yellow At Work site to the wiki pages with the content. Next we're pointing users from the AtWork main page to the wiki and from the resource & research sections. Next, when we have Phase 2 of the AtWork site redesign implemented (WordPress install supporting News, Jobs, Events, RFPs), the rest of the Yellow At Work site will direct there.

User engagement will be an iterative process, complemented by in-person support in our various capacity projects, mainly TESS and OSI and other in-person training activities.

The info-session will be going ahead. I just visited Skills for Change who have a training facility we can use for broad wiki engagement and training. I'm also currently exploring the possibility of having a page for all settlement service providers, government settlement departments and research/think tanks in Ontario. That is currently being developed in the back-end. I can show you if you have a moment. It's really quite neat. --Doug @ OCASI.org | @DBast 11:52, 6 April 2011 (EDT)
