Opening Doors Project

The Opening Doors Project is a CIC funded public education endeavor that provides a series of workshops about mental health and wellness, stigma associated with mental illness and the convergence with settlement stress, racism, and discrimination. Each workshop is delivered by an Opening Doors Project Peer Trainer using a variety of tools including theatre, story-telling and digital media.

There are a series of 8 workshops available. You can find them here. The workshops are FREE of charge, available province-wide on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
