Citizenship and Immigration Canada, Ontario Region Reports

Language barriers have been identified as impediments to service delivery to newcomers, affecting the effective and efficient utilization of services in Ontario. Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), Ontario Region has been working to improve interpretation in the delivery of settlement services.

To this end, CIC undertook two studies:
