Subject: our conversation/helping newcomers to toronto

Hi Douglas,
As per our recent conversation, I am emailing to see how I can possibly partner up with your or similar organizations, to help newcomers to Toronto find suitable housing.
As a realtor with Royal LePage, I of course have access to many thousands of listings through the MLS.
Many, if not most of the new immigrants to Canada aren't aware that there is free help out there. My services as I mentioned, would be free, as I am always paid by the Landlord for finding the tenant or the Seller for finding a Purchaser.
I am one of very few realtors who specialise in leasing homes, and would love to pair up with anyone out there whose main goal is to help ease the often daunting transition of moving, to not only a new neighbourhood or city but a new country.
We had also discussed the desire to find out more about how newly arrived immigrants receive help with immediate accomodations, if and when that need arises....
It was a pleasure talking with you, I look forward to hearing back form you or some of your counterparts.
~ I am never too busy for your referrals. ~
